Seriously! Make a formal request to the Chinese government!
They are appalled at the recent response for tents in China. They could and would send what you ask for now. It would be just another request that China answers, and then they point out that no one answers their requests for tents.
Of course it is a propaganda move, but China would do this easily……….we have to change the meaning of propaganda?
China has always offered help to anyone. You never asked!
I see this all the time! Send your request to the Chinese Central Government, see if they don’t answer your request?
It’s not propaganda when they send you what you need, and mention that your government can’t or won’t send tents. That’s called the truth.
