This is my first attempt on documentary. I made this documentary as a college project in December 2009.
This documentary is on a person who made customized battery operated wheel chair for his paralysed father. I made this documentary for an NGO called GIAN.
There may be some editing glitches and camera shaking as this was my first attempt.

I also have a childs motorized wheelchair whith the charger in very good condition. It has the name Sara on the backrest. I would like to donate this chair to a needy child.
I would recommend contacting your local helping missions, there are usually a number of church related organizations in your city that can help you out. A good place to start would be your local church, as even if they don’t have a program, they will likely know of someone that can help.
With that said, since your brother will eventually be able to receive a wheelchair that is covered by Medicaid, please use this only as a temporary solution. After you receive the Medicaid Wheelchair, please return the wheelchair you received, as well as donating the other one you have. I would mention to the donator that this is only temporary as well.
There are people that need it much more than your brother and who will not be as fortunate as to receive a Medicaid Wheelchair.
You may also have luck, both with giving the wheelchair away and finding one for your brother on Craigslist, however you need to be extremely careful and do not post any information initially, until the person provides their phone number for contact!
My daughter was always on the heavier size but for the past month she really gained some weight. She is 12 years old and she asked me last night for a motorized wheel chair, I don’t know what I should tell her. She said it was getting hard to walk. She told me she was getting tired walking around school. The school isn’t big it is really small. I don’t want to tell her to loose weight because I don’t want her to think I don’ think she is pretty. She is my middle daughter my older one already moved out and is also heavy but her boyfriend brings her food in bed so she doesn’t get out of bed that often. What should I tell my 12 year old about the wheel chair.
Start by cooking healthy for her, like prepare salads, vegetables, and include more fruits in her diet. Eliminate fast foods for a while. Also why don’t you go out with her for a walk around the neighborhood or take her to the park. You can also take her to the pool to learn how to swim (this will help her lose weight and is easy on her knees since she is having trouble moving around), dance with her. Ask her to join sports. Take her to the doctor, so that he tells her about her weight problem.
Also, you can even watch the biggest loser show with her one time, to show her how this people are working out to be healthy again.
Tell her wheel chairs are for disable people not for people who gain weight.
